My name is Alina, I have a strong passion for weightlifting and nutrition that supports this. I have come on a long personal journey since January 2019, from a very petite and dare I say, underweight woman with an unhealthy relationship with food. Finding my strength with nutrition that supports this has been life changing for me, so much so I have embarked on a journey to help others do the same. Be this increased strength, fat loss or fitness, I would love to support you on your journey.
